AYURVEDIC CONSULTATIONS
As you begin Ayurveda at Puja Wellness, your first appointment will be a two-hour initial consultation with a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. During this appointment your Practitioner will review your entire health history, discuss current health concerns, and determine your unique Ayurvedic constitution (prakriti) and imbalance (vikriti). You will receive a printed treatment plan, complete with diet, herbal, and lifestyle recommendations. This is a pre-requisite for Pancha Karma and is recommended before receiving Ayurvedic body therapies.
After this initial visit, your Practitioner will recommend follow-up visits on an as-needed basis. These visits are typically one-hour in length and provide a means by which your progress towards balance is reviewed and assessed. You will likely receive further recommendations as these visits as a means of deepening the benefits of your treatment plan.
While Ayurveda demonstrates excellence at healing and managing chronic imbalances, it is also very well known for its many remedies that address common acute imbalances, such as fevers, colds, digestive imbalance, etc. Puja Wellness offers a 30-minute acute condition phone consultation to address your needs during these common acute imbalances.
Ayurvedic Initial Consultation (2 hours)- $135
Follow-Up Visit (1 hour) – $60
Acute Condition Phone Visit (30-minutes) – $45
Initial Consultation Package (Initial Consult + 2 Follow-up Visits) – $230
FOOD PANTRY CONSULTATION
This 2-hour consult takes place in your home kitchen. The consult begins with a brief assessment of your current menu, followed by a literal clean-out of your pantry and fridge. You will then be provided with a shopping list that will assist you in filling your kitchen with doshic-appropriate and healthy foods. It is recommended that you receive or have received an Initial Ayurvedic Consultation before this appointment as it will assist your Practitioner in coming up with a doshic-friendly plan.
Food Pantry Consult (2 hours) – $200 (includes printed materials, 2-hour consult, travel to your home)
Food Pantry Package (4 hours) – $375 (includes Ayurvedic Initial Consultation, printed materials, 2-hour consult, travel to your home.
