There are many cleansing options to choose from at Puja Wellness. Some are more easy and gentle, while others are lengthy and deep. We recommend you receive advice from an Ayurvedic Practitioner on the best cleanse for you. The following are the top three cleanses we offer at Puja Wellness:
This is a home-based cleanse that lasts anywhere from 7-21 days. During this process you undergo many of the same processes as the standard and extended Pancha Karma. The only difference is that you are in the comfort of your home and you do not receive the physical support and rejuvenation that is a very important part of cleansing.
This cleanse if for: Those who are 1) on a budget, 2) are confident and experienced with Ayurvedic cooking and Pancha Karma procedures, 3) are choosing this cleanse to compliment Guided Pancha Karma during other seasons of the year, 4) live a distance from Puja Wellness or other Ayurvedic Health Center.
Investment: $225
What does it include? All supplies, pre-cleanse meeting (90 minutes), support and guidance via phone or email during the cleanse, rejuvenation follow-up visit (30 min)
This is the most common cleansing option as it provides the best seasonal support, together with the physical care and support that is extremely helpful in supporting your individual process. This option involves 4-5 days at home and 3-14 days of treatments, depending on your needs. This cleanse if for: Anyone who has been pre-screened by an Ayurvedic Practitioner.
Investment: $850 (without Consultation), $950 (with Consultation)
What does it include? All supplies, 60 minute pre-cleanse meeting, 3 consecutive days of 2+ hours of treatments, daily support and guidance, 30-minute rejuvenation meeting.
This is our deepest and longest cleansing options. One receives 2+ hour bodywork treatments daily while undergoing this clenase. This option involves only one day at home and 7-30 days of treatments, depending on your needs.
This cleanse if for: Anyone who has been pre-screened by an Ayurvedic Practitioner and is looking for a complete lifestyle and dietary overhaul to help them overcome doshic imbalance.
Investment: $1350 (without Consultation), $1450 (with Consultation) + $200/day after first 7 treatments.
