Initial Yoga Consultation
Includes postural and pranic body evaluation and review of key problem areas, as well as initial home practice guidelines.  Pre-requisite to any private yoga appointments.
75 minutes – $85

Private Yoga Appointment
Address current or chronic injury and pain, development of a home practice, learn pranayama (breath work practices) and/or beginning meditation.
60 minutes – $65

Integrative Yoga and Bodywork  Session
This session will address your concerns with a multi-experiential approach based on your needs in the present moment.  This is only offered by some of the Practitioners at Puja.
75 minutes – $80
90 minutes – $90
